Will you pay a fair price for my property?

Our goal is always to make a fair offer based on your property’s condition, the local market, and recent comparable sales. We are best suited to buy homes that need a lot of repairs that the owner does not want to do themselves.
We're also licensed real estate agents. This means we can tell you what your house would cost if you sold it the normal way through an agent. If you want to know, we can show you!
No matter what, we're happy to explain how we figured out our offer. That way, you'll know you're getting a fair price.
How quickly can you close?
We can usually pay cash for property and that allows us to close quickly, usually within 14-21 days of going under contract. We can also wait longer if that works better for you. Just let us know what timeline you need and we can usually make it happen.
Do you need to do any inspections?
Not usually, the only times we might need to do an inspection is if your home has a septic system or well that we can't look at ourselves. Otherwise, we feel comfortable making offers after a short walkthrough of the property.
Do I need to do any repairs or cleaning?
Nope! Simply make an appointment to let us get a feel for how much work is needed and we'll take care of the rest. If you need help moving some things into your next home or storage, we can help with that, too.
